Course Permission Form

All submissions and inquiries are reviewed in the order they are received to ensure fairness to all students, and we will make every effort to respond as promptly as possible.

To help avoid delays, please ensure that your submission includes your student number and the complete course information for each HH/PSYC course being requested, including the course name, course number, section, term, and catalogue number. Please also ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete.

If you have questions regarding course enrolment, please contact the department by email rather than by phone. Email inquiries allow us to track, review, and process requests more efficiently.

Please note that students requesting enrolment in fourth-year courses must have completed a minimum of 84 credits and satisfy all prerequisite requirements before their request can be considered.

The Department strictly enforces ALL prerequisites listed in the course description - please ensure that you have completed ALL of them.

HH/PSYC 2010 is only open to Keele HH/PSYC majors
HH/PSYC 4180 is only open to Keele HH/PSYC Hons. majors
